"I didn’t realize it was a subscription until..."
I didn’t realize it was a subscription until the charge showed up on my account, which was frustrating at first. Canceling also took a bit longer than I expected. That said, it wasn’t a huge ordeal or anything, and I get that these things can be easy to miss. I just think the site could make the billing details a lot clearer upfront.

The claims on the site felt reasonable to me. It wasn’t doing that over-the-top miracle cure thing, which I appreciated. At the same time, I wouldn’t just take everything at face value because, you know, it’s still a website trying to convince you. But overall, it came across as clear about what to expect, and I felt mostly comfortable trusting it. Definitely worth reading through yourself though.

The site was really easy to use. Pages loaded without any issues, and I found what I needed without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, which I really appreciate because nobody wants to deal with a confusing mess when they’re just trying to buy something. It was clean, straightforward, and worked the way a decent website should.

I’m so tired of products that either smell weird or leave my skin feeling like an oil slick. This one actually has a really nice scent, and the texture is smooth and soft without being greasy. Kind of a relief, honestly.

It was worth the money overall. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but the items I got were actually good quality and the price felt fair. "My skin looks brighter and it honestly makes me happy"
I’ve been using this for a little while now, and my skin really does look brighter. It wasn’t some overnight miracle, but I started noticing my face looked less dull, especially in the mornings. I actually remember one day looking in the mirror before putting on makeup and feeling kind of relieved, like I didn’t need to cover up as much. That little moment stuck with me. My skin just has a nicer glow now, and I’m really happy with it...

"Support took way too long"
I liked a few things on the site, but the slow replies from customer support made me nervous. I had to message twice, and when they finally got back to me, the answer was still vague. It kind of left me wondering if I was going to get fooled or stuck with a problem no one would actually help with

"Pretty clean ingredients, so far so good"
I’m giving this 4 stars because the ingredients seem solid and it doesn’t look packed with a bunch of random fillers. I’ve tried a few beauty supplements before, and usually when the ingredient list looks this clean, it ends up feeling a bit more trustworthy to me. I took off one star because I do wish the site explained the ingredient amounts more clearly. Overall though, I’m happy with it so far
